Pacific Investments new project outside Panama City

Pacific Investments and Development Ltd. is now accepting deposits to reserve units in the "Panama Highland Golf Estates Limited Partnership - Phase II ".

The Pacific Development Income Fund, an income fund created and managed by Pacific Investments and Development Ltd, will be issuing mutual fund trust units in the Panama Highland Golf Estates Limited Partnership Phase II. The issuing of these units finances the purchase and planning of a parcel of land totalling approximately 74 Acres located 30 minutes North East of the Panama City Center in the Country of Panama. The property is directly adjacent to the "Club de Golf de Panama", one of Panama's most exclusive golf clubs.
