In July of 2011, Pacific Investments & Development Ltd. fully subscribed the 1226 Unit Offering in the Pacific Alberta Income Fund. The property was acquired on December 2, 2011. The subject property is +/- 980 acre commercial/ industrial-use parcel called Prairie Creek Business Park.

Prairie Creek Business Park reached key milestones in 2013 – 2015, including Outline Plan Approval, and Phase 1 & 2 Subdivision Approval. The development is now poised to graduate into a first phase of serviced lots.

Pacific sold 27.17 acres to Halliburton Partners Canada in late 2013.

Phase 2 is Approved for subdivision of a further 200 acres, comprised of 52 lots.
