Purchase Price: $25,087.36 USD per unit (200 units)

STATUS: Property has approved “Master Plan”. Anteproyecto Plan re-submitted for approval in April 2010.  Construction planning is underway. Clearing of property is now complete.

Upgrades on the water treatment plant that will eventually service our development are underway and the timing on the completion should match up well with our construction approvals. Marketing efforts will continue to be heightened with each level of planning and servicing targets being reached. Arraijan as a whole is now officially the fastest growing sector within the Panamanian marketplace.
