STATUS: The Pacific Development Team, in tandem with Brown & Associates and other area land owners, has been working directly with the City of Calgary on the creation of the development Area Structure Plan (ASP). Calgary City Council is expected to adopt the proposed ASP in April of 2012. With this plan in place, it will enable Pacific to submit the Outline Plan for Land Use Approval in conjunction with our neighbours on the project, Melcor and Esposito. If City Council adopts the proposed ASP, we anticipate an Outline Plan Approval soon after, which will put us in an excellent position to begin development or to sell the property as a whole. |
